Meet the Team

Sierra Cato, founder and president, has over a decade of government affairs experience. Sierra has a stellar track record of delivering wins for business. As a trusted advisor, Sierra has helped clients advance legislative priorities before Congress, protect their interests, secure federal funding, navigate challenges in the political landscape, and raise their profile in Washington, DC.

Sierra’s background includes direct experience in the legislative and executive branches of government. She served in a political appointment at the U.S. Department of Energy under the Trump Administration, and as a congressional staffer in the U.S. House and Senate for the offices of- then-Majority Whip Scalise, U.S. Senate Commerce, Science and Transportation Committee (then Chairman Thune), former Senator David Vitter, and Senator Thom Tillis.

Sierra has also served as policy staffer at a non-profit organization, muti-client government affairs firm, and senior analyst at a government contracting firm. Sierra’s diverse background brings an invaluable perspective on how the government operates and what steps organizations must take to get their voices heard in Washington.

Sierra holds a Juris Doctor from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law and a Bachelor of Science from North Carolina State University.
